Quotations are valid for seven (7) days.
Quotation is subject to aircraft availability and serviceability. The Aircraft will be reserved once written confirmation of the acceptance have been received.
Air Traffic delays and diversions due to poor weather are unfortunately beyond Aviation Junction’s control. Any additional costs so incurred will be for the client’s account
Should a quotation be provided long in advance and industry related prices increases are experienced, the quotation may have to be reviewed.
Flights are restricted to daylight operating hours only, unless otherwise agreed toor unless the destination airport is fully equipped with night landing facilities.
Full payment will be required prior to departure of the flight.

Aircrafts are weight limited, therefor weight of passengers might be requested on confirmation of bookings.

Quotation Includes: In-flight catering, aircraft crew, maintenance, fuel insurance and local authority over flight clearances and landing permits.
Quotation excludes: Diversions due to adverse weather and catering for the pilot.
